Ministry of Industry and Commerce in partnership with AEDS and ZimTrade is hosting the Zimbabwe Industrialisation Conference and Expo (ZICE), to be held at the HICC, Harare on 23 – 24 July 2026. The event will entail a comprehensive platform combining a high-level conference and exhibition aimed at accelerating Zimbabwe’s industrial transformation. One of the major highlighters of the event is the Presidential Dialogue – a plenary session with the Head of State and Government, H.E. Dr E.D Mnangagwa, his cabinet ministers and heads of state institutions such as the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, Mutapa Investment Fund, ZimTrade and Zimbabwe Investment and Development Agency. This session is aimed at addressing impediments affecting industrial competitiveness. The event will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, investors, financiers, and technology providers to explore key issues such as industrial policy implementation, value addition and beneficiation, access to industrial finance, export competitiveness, and digital transformation through Industry 4.0 technologies. The ZICE will showcase investment opportunities across manufacturing value chains, including mineral beneficiation, agro-processing, and the iron and steel industry, while facilitating business-to-business engagements and partnerships.
