AEDS is going to host the Fifth Edition of the Zimbabwe Economic Pulse and the 2026/2027 Post-Budget Analysis Review, to be held in Victoria Falls on 26 November 2026. The event will provide a comprehensive review of the state of the economy in 2026 and provide the 2027 economic outlook. In the same vein, the dialogue platform will review the 2027 National Budget Statement, focusing on its policy thrust, revenue measures, expenditure priorities, fiscal sustainability, and alignment with national development strategies. The report will analyse the implications of the budget on key sectors such as agriculture, industry, energy, and social services, as well as its impact on inflation, exchange rate stability, investment, and economic growth. It will further assess the effectiveness of fiscal and monetary policy coordination, public debt dynamics, and resource allocation efficiency. In addition, the review will present a forward-looking 2027 economic outlook, highlight growth prospects, 3 December 2026, Victoria Falls macroeconomic risks, and emerging opportunities, while offering evidence-based policy recommendations to enhance economic stability, strengthen resilience, and support inclusive and sustainable development. The main output will be the 5 th edition of the ZEP, which will be disseminated during the conference through a presentation by AEDS.
