The Zimbabwe Industrialisation Conference and Expo (ZICE) 2026 is a premier, market-driven platform designed to unlock investment, catalyse industrial partnerships, and accelerate Zimbabwe’s transition into a competitive manufacturing and industrial economy.
Organised by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in partnership with Africa Economic Development Strategies (AEDS), and hosted at the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair Grounds in Harare — Zimbabwe’s historic industrial hub — the inaugural edition is framed not as a talk shop, but as a practical deal-making and investment facilitation platform centred on execution, financing, and partnerships.
The conference connects policymakers, investors, industrialists, financiers, technology providers, development partners, the diaspora, and trade partners around bankable projects, value-chain development, and global competitiveness — translating Zimbabwe’s industrial policy into concrete action.

AEDS is going to host the Fifth Edition of the Zimbabwe Economic Pulse and the 2026/2027 Post-Budget Analysis Review, to be held in Harare on 26 November 2026. The event will provide a comprehensive review of the state of the economy in 2026 and provide the 2027 economic outlook. In the same vein, the dialogue platform will review the 2027 National Budget Statement, focusing on its policy thrust, revenue measures, expenditure priorities, fiscal sustainability, and alignment with national development strategies.
The report will analyse the implications of the budget on key sectors such as agriculture, industry, energy, and social services, as well as its impact on inflation, exchange rate stability, investment, and economic growth. It will further assess the effectiveness of fiscal and monetary policy coordination, public debt dynamics, and resource allocation efficiency. In addition, the review will present a forward-looking 2027 economic outlook, highlight growth prospects, macroeconomic risks, and emerging opportunities, while offering evidence-based policy recommendations to enhance economic stability, strengthen resilience, and support inclusive and sustainable development.
The main output will be the 5 th edition of the ZEP, which will be disseminated during the conference through a presentation by AEDS.
